WHAT IS ‘MY GEEKY GOODIES’?
My Geeky Goodies is a monthly surprise package delivered straight to your door filled with geeky and nerdy apparel, toys, and collectables! Every pack of goodies will come with either a custom t-shirt (in your size) or a POP Vinyl Figure, and 4-6 other super cool items for you to get excited about!
HOW MUCH IS MY GEEKY GOODIES?
Our packages range from $22.99 to $24.99 a month, with FREE SHIPPING. You may start and stop your subscription anytime you wish, meaning there’s no scary commitment!
WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept most major credit cards.
WHEN DO I GET BILLED?
Your credit card gets initially billed the moment you sign up, this is to guarantee a box for the up coming month. Then, ever thirty days (usually the same day you signed up), ninety days or one hundred eighty days (based on your plan.) you will receive another automatic charge on your credit card until you cancel your subscription or unless your card is declined.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Cancelling a subscription is super easy! Just email cancel@mygeekygoodies.com with your name and address, and we’ll cancel your account. Please note that all orders must be cancelled 24-hours prior to the 1st of every month. You must cancel an account before opening a new one.
HOW DO YOU PROCESS THE RECURRING MONTHLY PAYMENTS?
Initially, you will be charged for your first package at the time you register for your subscription. Then you will be billed once a month for that month’s subscription every 30 days starting from the initial subscription date. All subscriptions automatically renew unless you request to cancel it. The closing dates can be found on the homepage.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is free to all our subscription plans, that’s how much we love you.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We only ship to the USA and Canada at this time.
WHEN IS MY GEEKY GOODIES MAILED TO ME?
The packages are sent out approximately the 15th of every month, give or take a day, you’ll receive an email notifying you of your tracking information! Please refer to our website.
HOW DO WE DIFFER FROM ‘THE OTHERS?’
We here at MGG are a team of hard core nerds, gamer geeks and toy collectors, we have game developers in our ranks and also well experienced and devoted toy collectors. This combination makes us a team of people who are making a box for the fellow nerd out there who is expecting the items we already love! We can also guarantee either a custom T-Shirt in every box or a Funko POP! Vinyl figure in ever box!
WHEN ARE THE MONTHLY CUT OFF DATES?
The cut off for each month is the 2nd of the month at 12:00am CST. We also have a handy dandy counter on the left hand side of the site that tells you how much time until the cut off. For example, the cutoff for the December 2014 box was December 2nd at 12:00 CST. The shipping usually occurs around the 15th of the month.
